Problem With Some TGs
       » posted by Janelle » 8:45 am

I’m really ticked off right now. Some TGs are so different these days.

Anyways, I have a shop in TG and the requesters are patient enough to wait for their request to be done. But one wasn’t. She said ‘ang tagal naman ng request ko. cancel mo na lang ha.’ I’m not sure if those were the exact words she said, but it’s close enough. I think she didn’t even mean her thanks. The reason I’m really ticked off is that I think she’s so bratty. I’m sure she didn’t read the rules regarding requesting in my shop. Was she blind? It could be easily seen that two requested for Friendster layouts. I mean, it’s not that easy to do requests, especially layouts. Plus, it’s my vacation, the heck, it’s every student’s vacation here in the Philippines. She should understand that. It’s been only about five days since she posted her request.

Well, enough of my problem. I wanna talk about a problem of mine and of some of the old TG Board members, by old I don’t mean age. Anyway, back to the topic. There’s a small problem with some new TG Board members. Some older ones, [now I mean age, kay?] are influencing the new younger members. Well, we all know that Twilight came out with a bomb. So, many got obssessed with Edward. And I heard that some were seen talking about Edward’s popsicle. Our point is that how could they think that way? They’re being pervs. And I’m hating it. Oh, not just me, but almost every old [not age] members of the board.

Good thing that most remain angels. Well, I sure do hope the brats in the making will realize what they’ll turn into.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I guess Ill keep my new year’s resolution to myself. Tee Hee.

Anyways, I’m so glad that I already have my laptop from the US. It was worth the wait. I’m super loving  the fact that I  have my own computer now. I don’t know why, but I feel more confident. Is it because my ‘rents trust me enough to allow me to have a laptop? Well, nevermind.

I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS3 a while ago to replace my 7.0 version of it and, I found an Anti-Virus software called Avira. I told my mom about it and she just scolded me. She said it wasn’t right to install such software from the internet. Especially she haven’t heard of Avira. Good thing I resisted talking back and making her more mad with me. There’s a part of me that thought she was right, I should’ve waited for my uncle who introduced us computers and the one who gives us programs to install. So I unistalled it right after I installed it and restarted.

So now that I have my own computer, I decided not to use it so much… when school time. Üü But, now with only two days left of my Christmas vacation, I’m free to do whatever I want, use it anytime I want, and to sleep extremely late. Actually, it’s currently 12:58 AM and I’m sleepy, but not sleeping. It’s a tradition in the making. Staying up late because of  the laptop. Although, if I use it so much I might get ’sawa’. But I think I won’t be so any soon. That’s maybe because laptop is in my favorite color; apple green.

The OS is Windows Vista Home Premium. I wanted the Vista Ultimate, but I think it’s more than what I expected. The OS didn’t matter anymore, the whole laptop is just so overwhelming. Anyways, I’m so surprised that it had a 99.2 GB hard drive and 9.99 GB recovery hard drive. I installed the programs I liked that I found in the house. The arrival of my laptop is in the perfect timing because Sims 3 is soon to be released and I have so much space for it. 68.5 GB is still currently available in the hard drive. That’s way much memory to work in, and with Photoshop already installed I can do graphics all I want and since this is my computer I don’t have to worry about keeping all my files in one folder.

One thing sucks, though. It still doesn’t have a full Anti-Virus software. It does have McAfee, but it was just a 3-month introductory program. Only dad got to use its full version. That’s why I’m waiting for my uncle. To install a great anti-virus software that could take care of my computer from viruses, spyware and stuff. So I can’t access the internet yet with the laptop. If I wanted to download something for it, I have to use my USB flash drive to transfer the files. It’s kinda bugging me at times since I sometimes become cranky and impatient. But enough of my rants.

Oh, well I guess I have to stop now since it’s already 1:30 AM. So have a happy new year everybody!

Twilight Pinoy Version

So I’m a member of this group called Twilight Saga in Multiply. I’ve been hearing reading recent posts that ABS is creating a Pinoy version TV series of Twilight a.k.a. Takipsilim. It’s so corny. Why does ABS keep making remakes? Is it because they like instant money? Just because something is really big in the US doesn’t mean a Pinoy version here in the Philippines will give them the same result.

They don’t even think about the characters. I mean, the Cullens are ancient. Classicaly beautiful. Anyways, I’ve seen an article about it.

The trip to Baguio was really fun! We’ve been to a lot of places, but not all to the places stated on the waiver.

I think the most fun part of the trip was sitting with my ex-bff at the back of the bus. And by back I mean the last set of seats. Anyways, we didn’t talk to each other much. Until, we got to Burnham Park. And guess what? I tripped 3 times. Kuya Noe, Ate Jam, and Jezza were all laughing at me. That’s where the conversation between I and Ate Jam started. After centuries months of not talking we finally did, but not that much as before. It’s still okay, though. At least, we’re not ignoring each other like we don’t exist.

Minesview Park was fun, too.  We took photos with Doglas the dog. [Do you know him?] Doglas was a St. Bernard. He’s so fluffy and BIG. Bea was so funny. She kept on screaming when Doglas’ head was near her. But when the camera flashes, she’s all smiles.

I bought Ube, Peanut Brittle, and Strawberry Jam from Good Sheperd. It was so tiring to walk up to the place. The view somehow took away the ‘tired-ness’. It was so beautiful. And the flowers, heavenly. It’s as if they were grown in a paradise. I was with Jaira at that time.

Well, that’s all I can tell for now. Another post about the trip is coming soon.

Baguio Here I Come!

So our field trip will be on Sunday. We’ll be staying overnight at a hotel in Baguio. Even though I have gone to Baguio a lot of times already, I still wanna go. There are some places I haven’t visited yet. Besides, I don’t wanna do all those projects for every single subject. It’s unfair to those who weren’t allowed to go because the payment was compulsory. I mean, they have to pay P2, 200 and make projects.

Anyways, I asked my mom for us to go shopping today. She fetched me from school, then we went to SM. Of course, I didn’t wanna go to the mall in my uniform so I asked my mom to bring me clothes.

We first went to National Bookstore. I bought some school stuff and the second sequel of Vampirates and some other stuff. After that, my mom went to Dermclinic. I was starving so I asked my mom if we could eat. It was between Pizza Hut or SM Food Court. She said the food’s expensive at Pizza Hut so we ate the SM Food Court. We ordered from Sizzling Plate. We ordered some steak or something. My tongue got burned. It’s not really a burn, but it hurts. It was good, but Fetuccini was better. :)

I got a new haircut, by the way. My hair’s now layered. I don’t know if I’ll be able to wear it well and style it properly. Our housemaid househelper told us I looked fat, not exactly fat, just maybe not thin.

We watched a musical stage play. It was held at the Holy Angel University Theater, Angeles, Pampanga at exactly 2:00 in the afternoon. There were a lot of people already so we sat at the back. By back I mean the last row. It was fine, though.

Anyways, the presentation was really great. There were smoke effects. Even though, they just lip-synched, it was fine. I couldn’t fully understand the lyrics. I did understand most, though.

I didn’t memorized all of the characters’ names. I only remember three names. Marius, Josette, and Jean Valjean. I’m not sure about the spelling of Marius and Josette. There was a super duper funny part. There were gays.    And they were dancing with chairs.

So, I have a crush on Marius and on the other guy. The other guy was just an extra, but he was super cute!

Just ate my dinner. My viand was Pork Adobo. A little too salty, though. Too much soy sauce. Actually, it was my viand for lunch, too.

My youngest brother, Cyril is now throwing a tantrum. He’s so dramatic.

I’ve got nothing much to say. So, this would be super short.

Anyways, I can’t wait for ZX Online. The CM for ZX Online would be CM Mei Yan. I hope this game won’t turn out to be Cabal-like.

The Day After the Sem Break.

As I’ve expected, Sir Bong didn’t come to school. So we didn’t have the longest period of the day. Unfortunately, Ma’am Umali made us do something, it was okay since it wasn’t something that we’d really spend time doing. Well, duh? Ma’am Umali was our teacher in Values.

The boys? They haven’t changed a bit. They’re still the old, obnoxious, juvenile, and … Ugh, who am I kidding? They’re not even worth to describe. Especially Mark, lucky him I can still contain myself. Sorry for the term but, heck, who and what do I think I am? I know I couldn’t beat up a 5′5″ tall guy at this size of mine [4′8″ tall short]. Still, I think he’s just all words. He haven’t hit me that hard, I think. When he punched me, it didn’t hurt me. Not lying, nor bragging. I don’t know why.

Is it just my luck or what? An hour ago, our school called here and said that there would be no classes tomorrow. I don’t know exactly why, but I heard there would be a power failure tomorrow at Guagua.

Tomorrow’s the start of the second semester of school. I think I’m not ready yet. I’ve been relaxing since after the UN. I mean, suddenly I would have homework, projects. It’s been the same sem break after sem break for years. I think I’m not gonna get used to it. Plus, my aunt told me that high school students shouldn’t have sem breaks in the first place. How could that be? That would be so unfair. It’s gonna be worse than hell then.

I hope not much teachers would go to school tomorrow. My head would explode if all of the teachers came, or I would be so distracted that I wouldn’t understand a word the teacher says. It would be so humiliating, especially that the boys in our class are so immature. They act like 3rd Graders.
